Blueprint copies of typewritten transcripts from the Bernardo de Galvez letter books (1777-1781), the Florida correspondence (1785-1818), and the Tribunal de Cuentas series in the Archivo Nacional de Cuba at Havana, dealing with the Spanish regime in Florida and Louisiana. There is information on colonial, Indian, and commercial affairs, the importation of slaves, relations with the Americans, and the trading operations of Panton, Leslie and Company. Most of the papers are in Spanish, but there is an English calendar of the collection (Box 5) and some of the transcripts are translated into English.
